We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications displayed on BanarasiArt are accurate. As most Banarasi sarees are handcrafted and handwoven, slight variations in colour, design, zari work, weaving, or finish are natural and shall not be considered defects.

4. Pricing & Offers

All prices displayed on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Applicable GST and other taxes shall be charged in accordance with Indian law.

BanarasiArt reserves the right to modify product prices, offers, discounts, availability, or any other information at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance

An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order by BanarasiArt.

BanarasiArt reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment verification issues, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other valid reason.

6. Payment

We accept secure online payments through UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other available payment methods.

All online payments are processed through authorised and secure payment gateways. BanarasiArt does not store your debit/credit card or banking information on its servers.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delays caused by natural disasters, transportation issues, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. BanarasiArt shall not be held liable for such delays.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed solely by our separately published Return & Refund Policy.

Products that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All photographs, videos, logos, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of BanarasiArt / M P Silk Creation.
